Secured access to the meeting

Access to our solutions is secured. A password is automatically assigned to you to connect securely to your meeting. Only authorized have access to the meeting.

Secured communication link

Link between your browser and the server is also secured. All transfered data is encrypted using SSL. The SSL protocol is today's most used by banks and in on-line stores to protect on-line purchasing. All transmission using our solutions is thus guaranteed at an optimal level of security.

Data encryption

All files stored in the workspace are encrypted using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). AES is used by US government to protect sensible information. Your are thus ensured to benefit of an active encryption of all data stored on the server and on your hard disk.

Required authorization to share and control the desktop

Only the person who wants to share his desktop can activate it or give the control of it. There are no way a participant can view the desktop of another or take control of it without explicit authorization of its owner. The owner keeps a prioritary control on his desktop and can at anytime take the control back or stop sharing with a single click. By default, a desktop sharing is activated in view only mode, to give control on it to another participant you must click on a button.
