A host is a user allowed to use WorkSpace3D to setup meetings anytime, anywhere. A “simple” attendee can join meetings that he has been invited to but cannot setup any meeting. Named host accounts are limited to small groups
How many webcams can i have per meeting?
You can have as many webcams as you need with WorkSpace3D Professional and Enterprise plans. On the other hand, WorkSpace3D Standard subscriptions are limited to up to 5 microphones & webcams, and you’ll have to use the rights management system to give the right to speak to someone else.
What video resolutions are available?
WorkSpace3D Standard allows you to access both Standard & High resolutions. With Professional Edition, you can have access to Very High resolution which perfectly fitted for high demanding meetings, especially within boardrooms. At last, Enterprise Edition allows HD web conferencing.
What is a seat?
A seat is a concurrent user. The number of seats squares with the number of concurrent users you can have in a meeting. Seats can be splitted in different concurrent meetings. For example, with 10 seats, you can set up one meeting with 10 attendees or 2 concurrent meetings with 5 attendees each...

Enterprise Edition offers concern the purchase of a full WorkSpace3D server, for one year or for life. It allow you to install this server on your own network and manage the web conferencing service from end-to-end.
What options are available?
Tixeo can provide hosting services for your server. You can also enjoy customization options such as having your private URL (http://mycompany.workspace3d.com) or you own logo in the 3D environment.

What are the differences between named host plans and unlimited host plans?
With WorkSpace3D Standard, the number of named hosts is limited and only users granted with these accounts can setup meetings anytime.
Offers based on unlimited host accounts (WorkSpace3D Professional and Enterprise) can allow anyone from your company, no matter how many employees there are, to be a host and setup meetings whenever he wants.
Are there any extra fees for setup, support and updates?
No. Both WorkSpace3D Standard & Professional are all inclusive offers. There are no set-up fees and both updates & support (by email & phone) are available for as long as your subscription lasts. For Enterprise Edition pricing, contact us.
Are there any limits on meetings I can host?
No. With WorkSpace3D, no matter what offer you choose (Standard, Professional or Enterprise), you can host as many meetings as you want, for as long as you need.
Do I have to sign a long term commitment?
No. Both WorkSpace3D Standard & Professional require only a 3 months commitment. On top of this period, you can cancel anytime you want, and you will only be billed for the current month.
How do I suscribe to WorkSpace3D?
For both monthly and yearly plans on WorkSpace3D Standard and Professional Editions, you can suscribe online using our secured payment system by clicking on "Suscribe". For yearly plans, Enterprise Edition offers or any specific request, please contact us.
