WorkSpace3D's file space allows connected users to share files. When a user adds a file to the workspace it is automatically sent to other users and stays available for any new participant because a copy is done on WorkSpace3D server.
If a user modifies a file in the workspace, it is automatically resent to the server and to other connected users. Thanks to a global network "Quality of Service" (QoS) in WorkSapce3D, sending or receiving a new file does not affect quality of video or audio conference.
File space's 3D view is user-friendly and unique, it allows to easily if a user is working on a particular file.
