WorkSpace3D version 1.5 released : schedule and join a meeting has never been as easy in WorkSpace3D.
This version integrates a new meeting management system allowing to easily invite participants. Invitations, schedule changes, meeting cancelation e-mails are sent by the system.
A single click to join a meeting. Download, install of the plug-in (only on first time) and connection to the meeting are automated. This system works on main web browsers Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Netscape and does not require any administrator rights.
