This service is intended for healthcare professionals who wish to communicate remotely with their patients and colleagues as part of their telemedicine practice while preserving medical confidentiality.

Since September 15, 2018, the practice of telemedicine is recognized as a usual medical activity reimbursable by the Health Insurance. For the actors involved, this framework implies in particular a total respect of the care pathway and a guarantee of medical secrecy. Patient health data are therefore at the heart of all attention, and security relating to their access and storage must comply with strict standards.

As far as real-time communications are concerned, no certification or labeling is required today to guarantee the confidentiality of the information exchanged and thus protect medical secrecy. TixeoCare integrates the Tixeo technology, certified and qualified by the ANSSI [1]. It offers a set of innovative mechanisms to achieve a level of security never reached before for a medical videoconferencing solution. These mechanisms include end-to-end encryption of audio, video and data communications in a multipoint videoconference. There is also link encryption between the client and the server. Moreover, unlike some foreign solutions, no eavesdropping capabilities have been implemented on the TixeoCare solution. Finally, TixeoCare does not collect or store any health data of its users (patients/caregivers).

Simplicity and performance

TixeoCare is perfectly suited for tele-expertise, tele-training or tele-consultation. The solution is easy to install and to use: the caregiver has an account and the TixeoCare videoconference application. For patients and other caregivers, a simple registration and installation of the application will be enough. Online payment is available for eventual fees.

The HD/4K video display and crystal clear sound ensure a perfect communication quality. To facilitate patient management and optimize remote collaboration between professionals, TixeoCare integrates a wide range of collaborative features such as application and document sharing, end-to-end encrypted prescription transfer (without any storage on the server) or secure messaging.

The TixeoCare solution is available for independent doctors who want a video conferencing solution dedicated to teleconsultation. A “customized” offer is also available to adapt the number of subscriptions and simultaneous acts to the needs of organizations (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, etc.).
