    How do I create my account on Tixeo V18?

    Create your Tixeo account in just a few clicks from the TixeoCommunicationClient application.

    1. Launch TixeoCommunicationClient → Click on “Create an account” or “Need an account? Create one”
    2. Fill in the form: First name, Last name, Email, Password
    3. Click on “Create my account”
    4. Check your email inbox and retrieve the one-time confirmation code (one-time password) (one-time password)
    5. Return to TixeoCommunicationClient and enter the code in the “One-time password” field
    6. Click on “Confirm your account”

    You will then be automatically logged into the TixeoCommunicationClient application.

    Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the confirmation email

    How to log in to the Tixeo application?

    Log in to the Tixeo Communication Client application to participate in and organize secure video conferences.

    • Download and install the TixeoCommunicationClient application.
    • Open the application.
    • Select your server (or enter its private URL).
    • Click on “Login”.
    • Enter the email address associated with your Tixeo account along with your password, then log in to the application.

    If the login fails, feel free to reset your password or check your email inbox for more information about the procedure to follow.

    I forgot my password.

    If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset it:

    • Open the TixeoCommunicationClient application.
    • Select your server or enter its private URL, then click “Connection”.
    • Choose “Sign in”.
    • Click “Forgot your password”.
    • A web page will open: enter your email address, then click “Reset password”.
    • You will receive an email containing a password reset link.
    • Click “Change password” and set your new password.
    • Return to the application and log in using your new password.

    How to change my Tixeo password?

    To change your Tixeo password, follow the steps below:

    • Open the TixeoCommunicationClient application and log in to your account.
    • In the left-hand side menu, open the “Profile” menu (Account tab).
    • Enter your current password in the “Current Password” field.
    • Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
    • A warning pop-up will inform you that you will be logged out of the application.
    • After being logged out, log in again using your new password.

    Quick Login : Sign in with a One-Time Code (One-Time Password)

    To log in with a one-time code, you must first have created a Tixeo account on the server you want to join.

    • In the TixeoCommunicationClient application, select your server and click “Log in”.
    • Click “Sign in”.
    • If the option is enabled on the server, select “Quick Login (One-Time Code)”.
      • ⚠️If you do not see this option, it means the server you are trying to access does not support it.
    • Enter the 8-digit code you received by email.

    Can I connect to different Tixeo servers with the same account?

    Each Tixeo server uses its own database and operates independently. Some instances may be private or dedicated to a specific organization.

    User accounts are not linked across different servers.

    For each Tixeo server you are invited to, you must therefore have a separate account.

    What is a Tixeo account for?

    A Tixeo account allows for a clear identification of the connected participant and provides enhanced security.
    Indeed, the account is always linked to a validated and confirmed email address.
    It is also essential to use the Tixeo Communication Client application to:

    • Join a meeting
    • Organize meetings
    • Make calls
    • Manage a subscription
    • And more…

    How to change my availability status?

    Your availability status is visible to your contacts. It tells them whether you are available to be contacted.

    To change your status:

    1. Click on Profile in the left sidebar.
    2. In the My status section, click on the dropdown menu (it shows your current status, e.g., “Online”).
    3. Select the desired status from the list.
    4. The change is applied immediately.

    Your status is also shown by a colored indicator on your avatar (green dot = online).

    How to edit my profile information (name, first name)?

    You can update your name and first name directly from the Profile section of the application.

    1. Click on Profile in the left sidebar.
    2. The Account tab is displayed by default.
    3. Edit the Name and/or Firstname fields as needed.
    4. Click the Save button to save your changes.

    Note: If you want to update your contact information visible to colleagues (phone number, job title, etc.), click on the Contact tab on the same page.

    How to delete my Tixeo account?

    ⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is an irreversible action. All your data (contacts, messages, meeting history) will be permanently lost.

    Steps:

    1. Click on Profile in the left sidebar.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the Delete my account button.
    4. Enter your password in the confirmation window to confirm the deletion.

    If you simply need to sign out of the application (without deleting your account), use the Logout button at the bottom of the left sidebar.

    If in doubt, contact your Tixeo administrator before proceeding with deletion.
