Do my external guests have to pay to join a meeting?
No. Access is completely free for your invited participants. Only meeting organizers within your company require a license. Your clients or partners can join your secure exchanges at no cost.
How does browser-based access work if I don't install the app?
When you enable web access, your guests receive a secure meeting link by email along with a PIN code to join a Tixeo meeting directly via their web browser. After clicking the link, your guests wait in a virtual waiting room until an organizer accepts their request.
How does Tixeo handle the processing and collection of my data with TixeoCloud?
As a sovereign French publisher, we only collect data strictly necessary for the service to function (GDPR data minimization principle). Unlike providers subject to extraterritorial laws (such as the US Cloud Act), our servers are exclusively hosted in Europe. This ensures that no foreign authority can legally demand access to your usage data or files.
Shared or recorded files are processed via encrypted protocols and isolated from any third-party exploitation. Your data is neither analyzed nor resold, and remains under your exclusive control.
What is the difference between an "organizer" and a "seat"?
The organizer is the person who has the right to schedule and start a meeting. A seat corresponds to an available spot in a meeting. With TixeoCloud, you benefit from great flexibility to adapt these volumes to the size of your organization.
