I haven’t received a Tixeo invitation

If you haven’t received your Tixeo invitation, start by checking your spam folder or ensure that the organizer has indeed scheduled the meeting.

If the problem persists, ask the organizer to verify the accuracy of your email address and to invite you again. In the event of a technical block, contact your IT department to authorize emails from the platform or, as a last resort, contact Tixeo support.

I have lost/forgotten my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, click on “Forgot password” below the login fields in the application to receive a reset link by email. If no message arrives, ensure that your address has been entered correctly, check your spam folder, or create an account if you do not have one yet.

I am getting the message: “There was an error while creating your account”

If you are unable to log in, start by checking your internet connection, then relaunch the application by clicking the “Join the meeting” link in your invitation email. If this fails, follow the forgotten password procedure or, if you haven’t received any email, check your spam folder or create an account.

Please note that there are different types of servers; therefore, ensure you are connecting to the correct environment. If you are using a professional workstation, a block by your IT department may require the creation of an exception. Finally, if a specific error message persists, consult the dedicated help section or contact customer support.
