How to change my name during a meeting?
To change your participant name in Tixeo, follow the steps below:
- Open the TixeoCommunicationClient application and log in to your account.
- In the left-hand side menu, open the “Profile” menu (Account tab).
- Update the First Name and Name fields.
- Click “Save” to apply the changes.
⚠️ Important
If you make this change during an ongoing video conference, you will need to leave the meeting and join it again for the change to take effect.
